The
questionnaire is to be filled in by all of the JCN
partner organizations to collect statistical data to compare the different legal concepts and practice concerning high risk offenders
The questionnaire is used to collect information on the legal base and the practical organization of supervision and surveillance of such offenders.
The questionnaire also gather statistical data on the quantity of high risk offenders and empirical data on the recidivism and reintegration of high risk offenders in the participating countries.
The results of the data collected with this questionnaire are to be presented during the Tallin Workshop and will be included in the
Transnational Report on Common Understanding of Terms and Definitions on the topic of high risk offenders and transition management.
